To be healthy, you need to be physically fit. But what does it mean to be healthy? Being physically healthy is working towards having a body that can function well in everyday life. It means having a body with no pain, being a person with boundless energy, having great digestion, taking no medication to curb a symptom, no disease – that is a healthy body.

Mind

A healthy mind refers to your own optimal psychological health and wellbeing. It means to take care of your emotional and mental health. It involves having a positive outlook to handle the emotional ups and downs of everyday life and mental challenges, and to deal with stress and anxiety – that  is a healthy mind.

Nutrition

Good nutrition is the third stone to a healthy life. Keeping a balanced diet can improve your health dramatically. Eating foods that contain vitamins and minerals. Making the right changes to your diet can also help you with some diseases or symptoms from conditions. Feeling great and having a good digestive system – that is healthy nutrition.
